What type of products do you offer?

I currently offer home fragrance - wax melts and candles - and homeware products. 

What type of wax do you use?

All candles are made using a blend of hydrogenated Soy and Coconut oils and is 100% plant based.  It contains no Palm, Beeswax or petroleum derived products.

All wax melts are made using 100% natural Soy wax which is fully biodegradable, vegan friendly and animal cruelty free.  

Each candle and wax melt is hand poured in very small batches that may have slight cosmetic imperfections. However, this will not effect the burn time or the scent of the candle. 

Are your products safe around pets?

Yes! I only use fragrance oils in my products which don't affect animals unless ingested. Please make sure any wax melts or candles are out of reach for pets even before using them.

Of course different scents can affect sensitive pets (like citrus or floral)  so please check the safety labels and ingredients before use to. 

Where can I find the allergen information?

Every product comes with relevant CLP information - a sticker attached to the outside of the packaging, that contains the ingredients and safety information. For a more detailed list please refer to each individual product on the website.

Do you ship outside the UK?

 

No!

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

I aim to dispatch an order within 2–5 business days., excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please allow slightly longer for dispatch during the more busier times of the year(Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day)! 

What can I do if I'm not happy with my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note, shipping charges are non refundable!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, labels attached  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

I do not accept returns based on not liking a wax melt/candle scent! Every person perceives smell differently and I do my best to have a detailed fragrance description on every product. Please ensure you read through the scent description carefully before placing an order!
