Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! I hope you are happy with your order.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note, shipping charges are non refundable!
Returning a product
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, labels attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It is recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I do not accept returns based on not liking a wax melt/candle scent! Every person perceives smell differently and I do my best to have a detailed fragrance description on every product. Please ensure you read through the scent description carefully before placing an order!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned : custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
